Second Cohort | Specially Designed for Women Teachers

💠 Flying Wings Online School (FWOS) has launched a comprehensive Teacher Training and Empowerment Program designed to equip 20 women teachers with modern teaching knowledge, practical skills, and digital competencies.

📚 Training Areas

Participants will receive training in the following areas:

🔹 Modern Education and Teaching Practices

🔹 Modern Teaching and Learning Methodologies

🔹 Online Teaching and the Use of Essential Digital Tools and Technologies

🔹 Ethical Standards and Child Safeguarding in accordance with UNICEF standards

🔹 Digital Safety and Online Security

🧑‍🏫 Program Structure

The program combines two months of professional training with six months of practical online teaching experience.

Alongside their training, participants will teach students in online classrooms, applying the knowledge and skills they acquire throughout the program.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

🔹 Hold at least a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Economics, History, Literature (Persian, Pashto, or English), Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or Educational Management.

🔹 Have at least one year of teaching experience.

🔹 Demonstrate a strong interest in and commitment to the teaching profession.

🔹 Be willing to teach online for six months while developing their modern teaching and learning skills.

📌 Program Details

🔹 Program Format: Online

🔹 Duration: Six months

🔹 Training Schedule: Three sessions per week, 90 minutes per session, plus practical assignments

🔹 Application Deadline: November 6, 2026 (15 Aqrab 1405)

🔹 Program Start Date: November 11, 2026 (20 Aqrab 1405)

🔹 Program End Date: May 10, 2027 (20 Sawr 1406)
