📢 Flying Wings Online School has launched a comprehensive Teacher Training and Empowerment Program, through which 20 female teachers will receive training in the following areas:
🔹 Modern education systems
🔹 Modern teaching and learning methodologies
🔹 Online teaching and the use of digital tools and technologies
🔹 Ethical standards and child safeguarding (based on UNICEF standards)
🔹 Digital and online safety
🔹 After completing the 2-month training course, teachers will apply their learning practically in online classrooms for an additional 4 months to ensure skills are developed in a sustainable and applied manner.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
🔹 Minimum bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Economics, History, Literature (Persian, Pashto, or English), Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or Educational Management.
🔹 At least one year of teaching experience.
🔹 Strong interest and commitment to the teaching profession.
🔹 Willingness to teach online for 4 months after completing the training.
🔹 Currently unemployed.

🔹 Program type: Online – 3 sessions per week, each session 90 minutes + practical assignments.
🔹 Program duration: 6 months
