\ud83d\udce2 Flying Wings Online School has launched a comprehensive Teacher Training and Empowerment Program, through which 20 female teachers will receive training in the following areas:<\/strong>

\ud83d\udd39 Modern education systems
\ud83d\udd39 Modern teaching and learning methodologies
\ud83d\udd39 Online teaching and the use of digital tools and technologies
\ud83d\udd39 Ethical standards and child safeguarding (based on UNICEF standards)
\ud83d\udd39 Digital and online safety
\ud83d\udd39 After completing the 2-month training course, teachers will apply their learning practically in online classrooms for an additional 4 months to ensure skills are developed in a sustainable and applied manner.

\u2705 Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong>
\ud83d\udd39 Minimum bachelor\u2019s degree in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Economics, History, Literature (Persian, Pashto, or English), Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or Educational Management.
\ud83d\udd39 At least one year of teaching experience.
\ud83d\udd39 Strong interest and commitment to the teaching profession.
\ud83d\udd39 Willingness to teach online for 4 months after completing the training.
\ud83d\udd39 Currently unemployed.
